On 3 May 2024, KHSB and Lagenda Properties Berhad (“Lagenda”) successfully held the Official Groundbreaking Ceremony for their joint venture residential project Lagenda Ardea. The ceremony was officiated by The Honourable Dato’ Menteri Besar Selangor, Dato’ Seri’ Haji Amirudin bin Shari alongside the Chief Executive Officer of KHSB, Puan Hajah Rahana binti Abdullah and the Chairman of Lagenda, Laksamana Tan Sri Dr. Ahmad Kamarulzaman Bin Haji Ahmad Badaruddin (Bersara).
Lagenda Ardea is the latest offering in Selangor’s push to develop affordable, high-quality homes under the Rumah Selangorku brand. Offering a spacious 20×65 built-up, this single-storey terrace home is perfect for first-time home buyers for both comfort and convenience.
Set to be built on 191 acres of land, this residential project offer 2,340 homes priced from RM250,000 to boost home ownership among Selangor citizens. Lagenda Ardea will be the latest residential project in the township of Bernam Jaya, in line with Selangor State aspiration in making Selangor as a a smart, sustainable and liveable state by 2025.
